Early Years Preschool Program Targets Young ECD Students in Bangladesh
EYPP Offers Extra ECD Schooling to Bangladeshi Students
> American Institutes for Research > Early Years Preschool Program Targets Young ECD Students in Bangladesh
Summary
American Institutes for Research enlisted Save the Children Bangladesh to help implement the Early Years Preschool Program in Bangladeshi primary schools. The program offers an additional year of early childhood development (ECD) instruction to Bangladeshi students prior to the government of Bangladesh's mandatory single year of pre-primary education. It includes teacher training, parent programs and additional learning materials. The Bangladesh government will weigh the study's results as it considers scaling up its current ECD programming.
