This dataset includes data from 111 children from six education centers and schools in the Zakarpattia and Odeska regions of Ukraine by the Ukrainian Step by Step Foundation. The average age of children was 5.7 years old. The data was collected to highlight differences in developmental outcomes between Roma and non-Roma children. The sample comprises 48 Roma children and 63 non-Roma children.

On average, children scored 58% correct on the IDELA assessment.

Scores were fairly high, with nearly half of all children getting 61% or more correct.
